Randall Lee Bennett, age 71 of Highland, Indiana passed away peacefully while tending to his garden on June 13, 2021. Randall was born in Hammond, and a graduate of Clark High School. After a brief stint in the Navy he owned several businesses in Hammond and the surrounding areas.
Randall is survived by his spouse, Adam Kalinowski; a close nephew, Edward Hofferth as well as several additional nieces and nephews. Randall was preceded in passing by his sisters: Jan Hofferth and Deana Marcanio; brothers: Dennis Hill, Dwain Hill and George Bennett; parents: Ted Bennett and Dorothy Patterson.
Randall loved cooking, and was chosen as a sacred conservator for Mother Earth. All those who knew him also knew he took this role in life as only he could-extracting the full beauty from and protecting our planet.
Randall's final wishes were not for loved ones to gather and mourn, but that each individual fondly remembers their own unique relationship they shared with him and donate to the charity of their choice if they so desire.
