Obituary
Dennis "Dewie" Johnson, Jr., age 52, of Hammond, IN, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022.
Dewie is survived by his father, Dennis Johnson, Sr.; Mother, Loretta (James) Goldyn; sisters: Beth (Jeremy) Faught, Jena (Matt) Morris and Amy (Ben) Moses; aunts and uncles; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and his best friend, Stephan "Bos" Griffin. He was preceded in passing by his grandparents: Loretta and Edward Zurawiec, Jolan and Clyde Johnson; and his stepmother, Bobbie Johnson.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Elmwood Cemetery 1413-169th Street, Hammond, Indiana with Pastor Brandon Rukes officiating.
Dennis was a client as well as an employee of Regional Mental Health in East Chicago. He enjoyed photography and loved Rock Music trivia. He was very passionate about any and everything Halloween.
