Ann Marie (Mulvihill) Frangello

Ann M. Frangello, age 69 of Knox, IN passed away December 25, 2020 in Munster, IN.

Ann is survived by her son, Dale A. (Elvyra) Hindson; grandchildren: Jessica Hindson, Aaron Hindson, Tabitha Hindson, Joshua (Pam) Hindson, and Emma Hindson; siblings: Joyce (David) Smith, Janene (Joe) Rossi, Ralph (Beverly) Mulvihill and Lindsay Kilpatrick; nieces and nephews: Eric Smith, Daniel Smith, Tony Rossi, Jamie Dunn, Mike Mulvihill, Melissa Schultz; and her dear friend, Janice Mulliken.  Ann was preceded in passing by the love of her life, Fred Willis; son, Paul Hindson; parents, Ralph and Betty Mulvihill; and niece, Danielle Smith.

Ann was born and raised most of her life in the Hammond area until she moved to Knox Indiana roughly 20 years ago.  Ann was a loving and caring homemaker and caretaker most of her adult life.  She cared for her fiancé, son and mother throughout the years preceding their passing.  Always gracious and compassionate, she was full of unconditional love.  Her first battle with cancer 10 years ago proved the courage and strength she had.  Unfortunately, over these past few years she also had to battle with many other health issues. But, she never stopped fighting.  She was truly an inspirational person to have gone through and endure all that came her way.

Her love and laugh will be in many hearts throughout eternity.

A Memorial Gathering to celebrate the life of Ann will take place Wednesday, January 6, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM  at LaHayne Funeral Home 6955 Southeastern Ave. Hammond, IN with the Memorial Service beginning at 3:30 PM, Pastor Lynda K. Hosek officiating.
