Wanda D. Walker nee Hall, age 57, of East Chicago, passed away suddenly at her home on Wednesday, November 25, 2015. Loving mother of Dustin Walker and Kristopher (Neeley Stephan) Walker. Devoted sister of Donald Hall, Sandy (Roger) Koartge, and Neal Hall. Proud grandmother of Jamarian Whitaker, Brooklynn Walker, Aivery Walker, Milana Walker, Kristopher Walker, Celeste Walker, Violet Walker, Isabel Walker, and Adelynn Walker. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Former wife of Allen Walker. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Mildred Hall nee Adams and her brother Ron Hall. Wanda enjoyed her times fishing. She had a green thumb and could turn a weed into a vine. People were always drawn to Wanda and her beautiful smile. She would relax by watching her fish. Wanda was like a beautiful flower (Rose) and was most loved by her loving personality and her love to help everyone. Wanda was most proud of her title of "Mom" and "Grandma". She was loved by many and will be missed by all. A memorial celebrating Wanda's life with be announced at a later date.
