He is survived by his beloved wife JoAnne; his loving daughters, Debbie Jo O'Rourke and Terri Lynn (Kenneth) Probus; 4 grandsons, Thomas Michael (Marcy) Probus, Edward Joseph O'Rourke, Marcus David Probus, and Timothy Harley O'Rourke; 6 great grandchildren, Cierra Nicole, Jordyn Elizabeth, Cierra Jade, Madysen Lee, Edward Joseph, Jr., and Edan Joseph; 1 Sister, Dorothy (Ralph) Reynolds of Gary; 1 sister in-law, Carol (Arnold) Camp of Florida, 1 Brother in-law, Paul Yurkas of Merrillville; Life long friends, Milton (Darlene) Kontos of Michigan and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Stella (Owczarzak) O'Rourke, brother, Edward John O'Rourke and sisters, Mary Frances Macko and Catherine Yurkas. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 3, 2009 at 10 AM from LaHayne Funeral Home, 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond, IN with Pastor John Kostelyk officiating. Internment at Oak Hill Cemetery, 6445 Hohman Avenue, Hammond, IN. Friends may call on Sunday, August 2, 2009 from 2-6 PM at LaHayne Funeral Home .
