Rosemarie T. Ganz nee Lucas, age 86, of Chicago, IL and formerly of Hammond, IN, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017. Loving mother of Kathy (Thomas) Anton, Mark Ganz, Kym Ganz, Michelle (George) Arwood, David Ganz, and Lisa (Brian) Ganz-Lueck. Devoted sister of Margaret McCarthy. Beloved grandmother of Annie (Richard) Anton-Johnson, Ryan Ganz, Meghan Arwood, Matthew (Nicole) Arwood, and Tatiana Ganz. Cherished G.G. of Reagan Johnson and Thomas Johnson. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband Eligio J. Ganz, her parents William and Ann Lucas. her siblings Florence Morrisey, William Lucas, Joseph Lucas, Jean Popp, Rita Belchine, Edward Lucas, and James Lucas. Rosemarie was a homemaker who loved her family intensely. She enjoyed Bingo and fine dining. Rosemarie loved live theater. She was a huge Cub's fan. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends.
