Robert M. Griffin, age 54, of Hammond, IN, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025.

Robert is survived by his children: AJ Griffin and Alexis Griffin; grandchildren: Kai, Kam, and Kali Burns; father, Robert Griffin; sister, Dawn Griffin; brother, Michael Griffin; nieces and nephews: Mason and Jacon Alexander and Harley and Autumn Griffin.  He was preceded in passing by his mother, Bonnie Griffin.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 4:00-9:00PM at Langel's Pizza located at 2833 Highway Ave, Highland, IN.

Robert graduated from Gavit High School, class of 1990.  He loved fishing with his friends and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. Most important to Robert was his family and was his happiest spending time with them.  Robert was most proud of his earned title of "Papa" and loved hearing his grandchildren call him that.
