Robert J. Brock, age 88, US Marine Corp Veteran, of Crown Point and formerly of Hammond, passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014. Cherished son of late Percival and Nora Brock nee Boudreau. Beloved husband of late Evelyn Brock. Loving father of Nancy Gould, late Paul Brock, Michael (Linda) Brock, and Joseph (Denise) Brock. Devoted brother of Jane King, late Jean Fleischman. Proud grandpa of late Josh Gould, Meghan Gould, Cory Brock, Becky Brock, Joseph Brock, JR, and Tabitha Brock. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Very special friend of Loretta Argerus. Robert was devout with his church and religion. He retired after many years from NIPSCO. He was a jack of all trades, he never met anything he couldn't build or fix. Robert enjoyed carving and square dancing.
