Richard "Adam" Swafford, born August 12, 1982 in Savanna, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly on December 04, 2019.
Adam leaves behind his son Johnnas, his daughter Skylar, his wife Kelly, his mother Candy Schultz, his father Tom (Loraine) Swafford, his brother Thomas (Erin) Swafford, his sister Candace Subelka-Kelly, his grandmother Diane Helton, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
The gift of life was shared with 5 others with his donated organs. Adam's big heart will be his greatest gift as he knew no stranger. He will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
