Patricia "Grandma Pat" S. Shreve nee Tegtman, age 89, of Hammond, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015.

Cherished wife of late Richard Shreve. Loving mother of Terry (Effie) Shreve of Portland, OR and Patricia (Jack) Brink of Whiting, IN, late Judith Shreve, and late Christi (Mike) Mascolino. Beloved sister of Jackie (late Robert) Fogarty, late Katie (late Theodore) Blocker, late Henrietta (late Harold) Thrush, late William (late Ruth) Tegtman, late Jerome (late Theresa) Tegtman, and late Michael (Dolores) Tegtman. Proud grandmother of David (Amber) Shreve and Cory (Jeremy) Tatum. Dearest great-grandma of Jasmine, David, Jordan, Sarina, and Jeremy. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Patricia enjoyed working in her garden, and in her younger years, she loved traveling with her sisters. Patricia was a die-hard Chicago Bears fan and never missed a game. She was loved by many and will be missed by more.

Funeral Service Monday, April 27, 2015 at 10 AM at All Saints Catholic Church, 570 Sibley St., Hammond, IN. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN.
