Owen "Don" Bryce, age 70, US Naval Veteran, of Hammond, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2011 Beloved Husband for 49 years to Sharon R. Bryce nee Rehm Loving Father of Sherrie (Joseph) Grubesic and Scot (Susan) Bryce Cherished Brother of Peggy (Dave) Brezinski, Shirley Dickens, Harold (Beverly) Bryce, Richard (Toni) Bryce, late Violet (late Henry) Mazerek, late William (late Frances) Bryce, and late Mary Alice (Jerry) Binkowski Proud Papa of Kaitlin Grubesic, Addison Bryce, and Erin Bryce Fond Uncle of many Nieces and Nephews Don was a lifelong Cubs, Notre Dame, and Navy fan. He was a doting Papa to his grandchildren and loved his dogs. Funeral Service Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 7:30 PM with Rev. Charles A. Mosley, Pastor at LaHAYNE FUNERAL HOME, 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond. Interment private at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
