Noel Rak, age 71, of Hammond, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 29, 2021. He leaves behind his brothers Guy (Joanne) Rak of Whiting, Indiana and Joel Rak of Chicago, Illinois, and his sister Sue Rak of Hammond, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mary Rak, his brothers Bruce Rak of Hammond, Indiana and Michael Rak of Houston, Texas, and his sisters Jean Turner Horton of Anthem, Georgia and Dorrel Blankship of Portage, Indiana. If Noel didn't install your roof, odds are he installed your neighbor's roof.
