Nancy J. Mihich, age 75, of Munster, IN, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2025.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 42 years, John W. Mihich, Sr.; daughters: Rachel Mihich, Martha Mihich, and Sarah (Jacob) Baker; grandchildren: Willow and William; brothers: David (Michiko) Lampitt and Benjamin (Kim) Lampitt, Jr.; several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in passing by her parents: Benjamin and Dorothy Lampitt; and her son, John W. Mihich, Jr.

A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM directly at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church located at 7227 Hohman Avenue, Hammond, IN 46324, with Pastor Adrian Krebs officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00. Private burial will take place at a later date at Concordia Cemetery in Hammond.

Nancy was a long-time member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.  She was a former Educator at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran School in Lansing, and St. Paul Lutheran School in Munster.  Nancy loved children, gardening and flowers.  She was an avid reader and enjoyed going on walks. She will be missed deeply by all who love her.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran School in Munster.
