Monica "Mo" L. Marcum nee Hayes, age 59, of Hammond, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 4, 2015. Cherished wife of Paul A. Marcum, SR. Loving mother of Ruth Peach, William, (Ezzy) Peach, and Paul Marcum, JR Beloved daughter of Franklin D. and Lynette Hayes nee Smith. Devoted sister of Franklin R. (Teresa) Hayes and Tina Boksa. Proud grandmother of Karina, Christian, Madison, Priscilla, Cecilia, Paige, Casper, Brayden, and Sierra. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Dale Hayes and Jack Hayes. Mo was a graduate of Lake Central High School and was a big Chicago Bears fan. She was loved by many and will be missed by more. Friends are invited to memorial celebrating Monica's life on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 from 3 PM until time of Service at 5:30 PM with Reverend C.
