Michael "Mike" Giba, age 97, US Marine Corps Veteran of WWII, of Highland, Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, October 18, 2018. Beloved Father of Anthony "Tony" (Donna) Giba. Loving Brother of Helen Gumkowski. Proud Grandfather of Jennifer Giba, Jacob Giba, David Giba, and Linda Giba. Dearest Great-Grandfather of Hanna Giba and Brianne Giba. Cherished Father-in-law of Sherry Giba. Preceded in death by his Wife Agnes Giba, his son Michael "Mike" C. Giba, and 8 Brothers and Sisters John, Nick, Mary, Ann, Rose, Andy, Bill, and Pete. Mike was loved by many and will be missed by more.
