Michael J. Cwiklinski, age 69, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018. He was born to the late Vince and Genevieve Cwiklinski on January 12, 1949 in Hammond, Indiana. After 20 years of service Michael retired in 1994 from EJ&E Railroad. As an avid Chicago Cubs fan, he rejoiced at the 2016 victory! Go Cubs Go! He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 50 years, Antoinette Cwiklinski; three children: John (Tracy) Cwiklinski, Christine (Jim) Wells, Michael Cwiklinski; six grandchildren: Emily, Alexis, Nathan, Charlene, Larry, Kayla; three great-grandchildren: Gideon, Roland, Lilly; sister, Ann Marie. Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Thomas Cwiklinski. In memory of Michael donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
