Marvin A. Fuehrer, age 69, of Griffith, IN passed away Sunday, July 11, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Esther L.; 2 daughters, Kelly (Michael) Ward and Rebecca (Dennis) Glover; 5 grandchildren, Bryan, Devin and Kyrstyn Glover and Andrew and Joshua Ward; 1 brother, Lester (Bernice) Fuehrer; 2 nephews, Kevin and Michael Fuehrer. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 11 AM from Christ Lutheran Church, 7051 Indianapolis Blvd., Hammond, IN with Rev'd Roger Storms officiating. Burial will follow at Concordia Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 from 2-5 & 7-9 PM at LaHayne Funeral Home, 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond, IN and Thursday morning at the church from 10 AM until time of services. Marv was a resident of this area for 46 years, a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Hammond, IN and a retired supervisor from Ford Motor Co. Assembly Plant, Hegewisch, IL.
