Marjory A. Finneran Rogers nee Righter, age 93, of Monticello, IL and formerly of Calumet City, IL and Hammond, IN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 20, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Whiting to Clarence and Catherine Righter nee Scanlon and spent most of her life in the Calumet City area. Loving Mother of Catherine (late Greg) Nolan Sherry (David Hulburt) Finneran, Jeanne (Bill) Emerson, Sandra (late David) Olszewski, Nancy (fiancé Kevin Jackson) Moordigian, James (Rosemary) Finneran, Thomas (Betsy) Finneran, and Daniel Finneran. Proud Grandmother of 20 and Dearest Great-Grandmother of 9 with 1 on the way. Fond Aunt of several Nieces and Nephews. Preceded in death by her first husband of 43 years, James Finneran and her second husband Charles Rogers, her two brothers Thomas and William Righter, and her grandson Mark Nolan. Marjory was retired from Balemaster in Crown Point, IN after many years. She enjoyed being a member of a Catholic Sorority.
