Marilyn J. Glucksman nee Beiriger, age 85, of Hammond, went to be with the Lord on October 4, 2011 She is survived by her son David Glucksman of San Jose, CA, her grandson Thomas Glucksman of San Jose, CA, her nieces, Jaan McGough, Jill Bell, and Betsy Dannull all from the Kansas City area, Her nephew Mike Beiriger of Los Angeles, CA and Numerous friends from Trinity Lutheran Church in Hammond She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Glucksman Mrs. Glucksman was a devoted wife and mother and was active in various church functions and sang in the choir. She was an accomplished piano player, loved to read, sew, and was active in tracing her family ancestry and family tree. She was also involved with the Navy Mothers Calumet Chapter. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, October 11 2011 at 11 AM at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 7227 Hohman Ave., Hammond with Rev. Karl A. Frincke, Pastor, officiating.
