Lonnie "Jerry" Gartin, age 64, of Hammond, Indiana, passed away suddenly Thursday, September 28, 2017. Devoted father of Jeroam "Jerry" Roberts, Carl Roberts, and Wayne (Jackie) Roberts. Devoted brother of Sammy, Norma Jean and Laura. Proud "Pops" of Corissa Graves, Serenity Roberts, Jordan Roberts, Evan Robets, Tyrion Roberts, Cody Roberts, Devin Roberts, Julia Roberts, and Shai Roberts. Dearest Great-Grandpa of Phoenix. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents James L. Gartin and Elsie J. Gartin nee Queen and his brother Chesley Gartin.
