Linda L. Sheets, of Hammond, passed away Monday, July 08, 2013. Beloved Wife of James "Jim" Huck. Loving Mother of Jamie Huck. Proud Grandma "Yaya" of Mackenzie Huck. Devoted Daughter of Marion Peterson nee Brandner and the late James Sheets. Cherished Sister of Gerald "Jerry" (Sharron) Sheets, William "Bill" Sheets, and Patricia "Patty" (Michael "Mick") Sheets-Sweeney. Dearest Sister-in-law of Patti Huck and Daughter-in-law of Donna Huck. Fond Aunt and Cousin of Many. "Momma" to her dog Chloe. Linda worked with the City of Hammond for almost 30 years, where she retired as the Deputy Controller. She was most proud of her title of "Yaya." She was loved by many and will be missed by more.
