Lauretta J. Hass, 91, of Crown Point, IN, formerly of Munster, IN, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Raymond, A.; 2 children, Lauren (Harold, Jr.) Henriksen of Trego, WI and Elden (Connie) Hass of Crown Point, IN; 4 grandchildren, Laura Henriksen of St. Paul, MN, Leann Henriksen of Trego, WI, Angela Bikoff of Crown Point, IN, and Candace (Joel) Wadas of Crown Point, IN; 6 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 10 AM from LaHayne Funeral Home, 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond, IN with Rev. Cory Wielert officiating. Burial will follow at Concordia Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Monday, March 30, 2009 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. The family suggests that memorials may be given to Wittenberg Lutheran Village, 1200 E. Luther Dr., Crown Point, IN 46307. Laueretta was a lifetime resident of this area. She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Hammond, IN and St. Paul Lutheran Church of Munster, IN and was currently attending services at Wittenberg Lutheran Village of Crown Point, IN.
