Kathleen A. Duffy, age 63, of Highland, IN passed away Thursday, October 14, 2010. She is survived by her husband of 41 years. Michael P., Sr.; 2 children, Michael P. (Lisa) Duffy, Jr. of Portage, IN and Karen (Jason) Barkley of Cedar Lake, IN; 6 grandchildren, Morgan, Jake, Kelsie, and Michael III Duffy and Autumn and Rylie Barkley; 3 brothers, Steven (late Norma) Kun of Homewood, IL, Michael (Sandy) Kun of St. John, IN and Gary (Cathy) Kun of Chesterton, IN; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Steve Kun. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 10:30 AM from LaHayne Funeral Home, 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond, IN with Rev. Keith Virus officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Friday, October 15, 2010 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
