Judith Lynn Trost nee Tangerman, age 73, of Hammond, Indiana, passed away Monday, January 11, 2016. Loving mother of Jeffrey (Jennifer) Huffman, Tracy Lynn Huffman, and Amie (Tom) Fleming. Cherished sister of June (Tom) Lewallen and Larry (Ruth) Tangerman. Proud grandmother of Nicole Huffman, Charles (Stephanie) Riley, Adam Riley, Thomas Fleming, III, Tanner Fleming, Madyson Fleming, Noah Fleming, Jeremy Huffman, and Scott Huffman. Dearest great-grandmother of 12. Devoted step-mother of Bernadette Trost, Rebecca (Thomas) Trost, Jennifer Trost, and Robert (Cindy) Trost. Fond aunt of many. Beloved friend to her dogs Abby and Sophie. Proceeded in death by her husband Robert Trost, son Dean R. Huffman, and her parents Richard John and Elsie Louise Tangerman nee Fehlman and her great-grandson Kandon Riley. Judith worked as a cashier for 27 years at Jewel Foods. She enjoyed talking with people and she enjoyed her dogs. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
