John A. Brock, age 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, May 06, 2015. John Married Patricia Brock nee Pursley in 1958 and had 3 children; Cathy (Bill) Buckler, Johnny (late Bethany) Brock, and Gregory (Julie) Brock. In 1971, John married Donna Brock nee Hornyak and had another child; Tian (Brian) Miller and raised Donna's other 3 children; Dale (Maureen) Janeczko, Mark Janeczko, and Chantal (James) Toth. In 2005, he married Patricia Brock nee Bond and gained 4 of her children; Virginia (Emil) Mastandrea, Kimberly (Willie) Bond, Larry Bond, and Joyce Bane. Proud grandfather of 17 and dearest great-grandfather of 8. Fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. John was preceded in life by his second wife Donna Hornyak Brock, his son Mark Janeczko, his parents Andrew and Cora Edith Brock nee Clark, and his sisters, Shirley (late Ray) Hemphill, Elverna Steininger, Carolyn (Grant) Noe, and his brother Ronald (Terri) Brock. John was born in Kingston, TN in 1938. He moved to Indiana in 1957. John was a brick layer with Acme Steel for 37 years and was a 43 year Mason and still a member of the Union Lodge No. 38 F. & A.M. in Kingston, Tennessee. He could always be found listening to Hank Williams and any country music. John loved his furry friends. He was loved by many and will be missed by more.
