Jessie R. Grubich nee Fiscus, age 85, of Hammond, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014. Beloved wife of late Tony Grubich. Loving mother of Chuck (Jo) Bell, Margo Mack, Toni Howard, Stella Wahler, John Grubich, and Steve Grubich. Devoted sister of Lloyd Fiscus, Betty Lemmons, and Pauline Martin. Proud grandmother of Shawnee, Ricky, David, Kenny, Tammy, Julie, John, Dawn, Nichole and Christy, and puppies Teddy and Mayzee. Dearest great-grandmother of Hannah, Kelsey, Kara, Alisha, Brittany, Nichole, Christy, Caylee, and Dayton. Preceded in death by her sons Nick, Paul, Mike, and her grandson Darian Mack. Special friend of Betty, Mary, and Joyce. Jessie was always extending a helping hand to many. She enjoyed gardening her roses lilac bush and flowers. Mom enjoyed Bingo, garage sales, making sure nobody left her home hungry, reading the Bible and watching her religious programs on TV. Jessie was loved and will be missed by all that came into her life.
