Jack E. Chambers, age 51, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2012. Beloved Husband to the late Leola Rae Chambers nee Creviston. Loving Son to Ella Mary (Tucker) and the late Alvin E. Chambers. Fond Nephew of late Earl (Renate) Tucker, late Verl (Geraldine) Tucker, and preceded in death by many other Aunts and Uncles. Cherished Cousin of Lori (Tim) Smith and David (Jeanette) Tucker. Jack loved listening to music and watching his vast DVD collection. He also enjoyed sending people flowers. He worked as a sub-contractor with the US Postal Service and was a Hammond City worker. His favorite saying was "Did you miss me?"
