Inez V. Jackson, age 75, of Hammond, IN passed away Monday, March 22, 2010 at Munster Med-Inn. She is survived by 4 children, Virginia Carol Johnson, Georgia Ann (fiance, Chuck Lawley) Davis, Sherman Johnson and Larry Wayne Jackson; 2 grandchildren, Pamela Johnson and Dustin Davis; 3 step-grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Wallace Harmon and Floyd (Mollie) Harmon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Jackson, 2 brothers, Lloyd and Charles Harmon, and 1 great grandson, Ramsey Zriakat. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 12:30 PM from LaHayne Funeral Home, 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond, IN with Pastor Tim Hester officiating. Burial will follow at Concordia Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Wednesday morning from 10:30 AM until time of services.
