Herbert "Herb" A. Verrill, age 88, US Army Veteran of the Korean War, passed away peacefully Monday, April 03, 2017.
Loving Uncle to many Nieces and Nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Everett Verrill and Lucienna Verrill nee Boucher, his siblings Harold "Frenchy" (late Pat) Verrill, Dorothy (late Jack) Walsh, and Lorraine (late Andy) Homner, and his nephew Doug Verrill.
Herb was a Past Commander of the Charter Three of the State of Indiana, a proud member of the Hammond Elks, the Korean War Veterans Association SSGT Windrich Chapter 3 of the State of Indiana, the VFW Post 802, the American Legion Post 369, and was a loyal Moose. He enjoyed studying all things Korean. Herb was loved by many and will be missed by more.

Interment Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, Indiana with Military Honors provided by the US Army and the American Legion East Chicago Allied Post 369.
