Gloria M. Flores, age 90, of Hammond, IN, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024.

Gloria is survived by her children: Lorraine Bazan, Anita Duenes and Eddie Flores; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sisters: Rebecca Clarkson and Ramona Guerrero; numerous nieces and nephews.  Gloria was preceded in passing by her parents: Michael and Juanita Rodriguez; husband, Roy Flores, Sr.; son, Roy Flores, Jr.; siblings: Sylvia Castillo, Yolanda Torres, Bertha Rodriguez, Rosie Espinoza and Michael Rodriguez.

A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 10:00 AM DIRECTLY at Our Lady of Perpetual Help located at 7132 Arizona Avenue, Hammond, officiated by Fr. Charles Mosely.  Burial will follow to Elmwood Cemetery in Hammond.  Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 3:00-7:00 PM at LaHayne Funeral Home located at 6955 Southeastern Avenue, Hammond.

Gloria was retired from Inland Steel after 30 years of dedicated service.  She was a long-time member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, where she often volunteered as well as at Woodmar Methodist Church, in Hammond.  Gloria loved spending time with her family and enjoyed travelling as often as she could.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
