Frederick "Ricky" Williams, age 55 of Chicago, IL passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at home.

FREDERICK BURL WILLIAMS was born on January 27,1966 in Chicago, Illinois to the union of Fred and Bernice Patton, both proceeding him in death. He was the second youngest of 11 siblings. Four proceeded him in death: Bertha, Beverly, Deborah and Carl.

Ricky is survived by his children: Donnetta Williams, Deja (Patrick) Williams, Tyshawn (Deja) Williams, Chandler Williams and "bonus daughter", Deanderia Taylor; grandchildren: Frederick "Freddy" Gralewski and Amari Williams is on his way; sisters: Carolyn (Roderick), Marilyn, Janet (John), Sharon and Kimberly; brothers: Roy, Lee and Freddie; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Ricky was a kind and loving father, brother, uncle, nephew and coworker.  He always had a smile on his face. He graduated from Austin Career Academy High School. He had a love for reading and was very brilliant. He enjoyed reading Marvel comics at a very young age, and also had a love for Martial Arts. Ricky was a very hard working man that loved his children and his family and will be sorely missed by all.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate the life of Ricky will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at LaHayne Funeral Home 6955 Southeastern Avenue Hammond, Indiana 46324 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Bob Parnell of Black Oak Baptist Church officiating.  Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 AM until the time of Service at 1:00 PM.
