Evelyn J. Pridmore nee Lee, age 82, late of LaPorte and formerly of Hammond, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013. Cherished wife of late Joe Jot Pridmore. Loving mother of Sandra (Rod) Zech of Whiting, IN and Pamela (Tony) Kincius of LaPorte, IN. Beloved sister of the late Ethel (late Albert) Gilbert of Quinton, AL, the late Dorothy Wood of Hammond, IN. the late Willie ( late Ezra) Quinn of Quinton, AL, Kathryn Pate of Cody, WY, Barbara McCarty of Birmingham, AL, and the late Billy Lee of Birmingham, AL. Proud grandmother of Jennifer King, Julie King, Jeff Kincius, Matt Kincius, and Brian Kincius. Dearest great-grandmother of Courtney Scott, Adam Thompson, Madison Edmaiston, and Roel Lindsey. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Evelyn enjoyed gardening, Cubs games, southern fried foods, and loved traveling to Alabama for family reunions. Funeral Service Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at 11 AM at LaHAYNE FUNERAL HOME 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond with Rev. C. James Facklam officiating. Interment Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville.
