Eve E. Keener, age 62, of Hammond, IN passed away Friday, December 18, 2009. She is survived by 2 children, Dawn (Randy) Wolf and Robert (Dana) Keener; 4 grandchildren, Brittany, Cody, Austin and Julia; mother, Wanda Hussey; 2 brothers, Mike and Art Hussey; 3 sisters, Carol Pierce, Pat Aguilera and Wanda Siko; best friend, Jeanne Kingma; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Clayton Leis, and father Mitchell Hussey. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 21, 2009 at 11 AM directly from The Salvation Army Chapel, 8225 Columbia Ave., Munster, IN with Maj. Robert Buttrey officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Memorial Park, Monee, IL.
