Eva B. Gluth nee Giometti, age 88, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 11, 2018. Eva is survived by her nephew, James (Karen) Jocha of Beecher, Illinois, loving cousins, Albert (Carole) Barelli, Louis Fata, and Fred (Sheron) Fata, many second cousins, extended family, and dear friends. Preceded in death by her "true love" and husband of 23 years, Charles W. "Chuck" Gluth, Jr., her parents, Daniel and Nellie Giometti, her late husband, George Lobonc, her beloved baby daughter, Mary Lobonc, her beloved son, John Lobonc, her sister, Norma (Henry) Jocha, and nephew, Brian Jocha. Eva enjoyed the many years she shared with Chuck and cherished companion, "Tuffy", as snowbirds at The Hamptons in Auburndale, Florida. Eva loved music and dancing and was extremely proud of her family and heritage. Eva was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in East Chicago, Indiana. For all of us that knew and loved her, Eva was a "free spirit" who lived her life with determination, heart, and endless passion.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Eva on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at The Center for Visual and Performing Arts's Meeting Room located at 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana.
