Elisabeth Walker, age 93, of East Chicago, IN, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

Elisabeth is survived by her children: Karl (Kathy) Walker, Nancy Polito, Patricia (Paul) Stack, David Walker; Grandchildren: Kristian (Janic) Walker, Amanda Walker, Robert (Carrie) Stack; great grandchildren: Benjamin Walker, Isabelle Walker, Liliana Stack, Gabriela Stack; sister, Renate Brandt; several nieces and nephews living in Germany.  Elisabeth was preceded in passing by her parents: George and Elisabeth Weber; husband, Ralph; and siblings: George, Karl, Willi, Anton, Kurt, Anna, Liselotte and Else.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 11:00 AM at LaHayne Funeral Home located at 6955 Southeastern Avenue, Hammond, IN, with Pastor Brandon Rukes officiating. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Hammond, IN. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday May 6, 2024, at LaHayne Funeral Home from 10:00AM until time of service at 11:00AM.

Elisabeth was born May 7, 1930, in Heidelberg, Germany to George and Elisabeth Weber. Elisabeth loved spending time with her family and enjoyed sitting in the backyard admiring her flowers. She enjoyed going to the Casino's. She will be missed deeply by all who loved her.
