Colleen M. Ksiazek, age 59, of Whiting, IN., passed away on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Colleen is survived by her husband of 16 years, Tom "Shorty" Ksiazek; children: Thomas Kziazek, Jr., Tiffany (Nick) Ksiazek, Ashley (Matt) Swanstrom, Travis (Krista) Wolford, Samantha (Ryan) Wolford; grandchildren: Cyaira, Braxton, Tearson, Hazel, Ava Rose, Brenlee and Scottlynn; siblings: Jim (Late Peg) Crocker, Carl Crocker, Robert (Mike) Sneed, Joey (Kim) Sneed, Dawny Sneed and Richie (Nancy) Sneed; numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews.  She was preceded in passing by her parents: Robert and Ruth Sneed; son, Tommy; her right-hand man, Kyle.

Friends are invited to visit with the family on Monday, December 8, 2025, at LaHayne Funeral Home located at 6955 Southeastern Avenue, Hammond from 3:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 7:00 PM with Chaplain Ricky Chmielik officiating.  Cremation will follow.

Colleen was a long-time member of American Legion Post 232 and First Vice of Ladies Auxiliary; secretary for American Legion Riders. She was a member of AVMRA and served as PX Manager, Events Coordinator and Associate Rep. She was also member of Eagles Post 3117 Women's Auxiliary; and proudly served as Founder and President of The Tommy G. Memorial Foundation for Riley's Children's Hospital in Indianapolis.

At the request of family, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Riley Children's Hospital, Indianapolis.
