Claire A. Davis nee Rourke, age 81, of Hammond, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 04, 2020.

Loving mother of Kathy Davis, Joe Davis and Karen Davis. Cherished sister of Kay (late Mark) Tuttle. Loving and proud grandmother of Shannon Davis, Kori Davis and Skylar Davis. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband Patrick "Pat" J. Davis and her siblings Nancy Canavan, Richard Rourke and gail (Joe) Carroll.

Claire graduated from Visitation High School. She belonged to St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church where she was a member of the Do Nothing Club. Claire was most proud of her title of Grandma.

An inurnment will take place at a later date at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery located at 20963 West Hoff Road, Elwood, Illinois 60421.
