Charlotte E. Yarck, age 93 of Gainesville, GA, formerly of Hammond and Munster, IN passed away Saturday, September 12, 2009. She moved to Gainesville, GA in her later years, residing at Peach Tree Care Center. Charlotte was married to Frank Yarck in 1935. He preceded her in death in 1998. Charlotte is survived by 3 sons, Larry (Virginia) of Florence, WI, Raymond (Diana) of St. Charles, MO and Dan (Sue) of Gainesville, GA; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild. Services will be held Friday, September 18, 2009 at 11 AM directly at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN with entombment to follow. Charlotte worked and owned a dress shop for a few years in Hammond, IN, then worked and retired from Kuhn Eye Clinic in Hammond, IN. The family suggests that memorials be given to Odyssey Healthcare Hospice, Tower Place Plaza, 855 Gaines School Road, Suite G, Athens, GA 30605.
