Charles "Tugboat" F. Donovan, age 75, of Hammond, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014.

Cherished Son of late Edward C. Donovan, late Margaret Donovan nee Brady, and late Margaret Donovan nee Doolin. Loving Brother of Richard (Judith) Donovan and late Thomas Donovan. Beloved Brother-in-law of Olga (late Edward) Donovan. Proud Uncle of Daniel Donovan, Bridget Donovan,

Vincent Donovan, and Brian Donovan. Good Friend of Dennis "Blackie" Vojvodich, Judy Calderan, and

many others.

Charles spent 42 years in the Merchant Marines on the Inland Ore Boats. He was loved by many and will be missed by more.
