Cesar A. Barreto, SR, age 44, of Hammond, passed away suddenly Monday, December 28, 2015. Loving father of Yizleibis Barreto, Fabio Barreto, and Cesar Barreto, JR. Beloved son of Sonia R. Figueroa and Rafael E, Barreto. Devoted brother of Rafael (Irina) Barreto, Christian (Altagracia) Barreto, Oliver Barreto, Nicole Barreto, and Monti Barreto. Cherished life partner of Silvia Hernandez. Proud nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Cesar loved being a father and a sailor. He was always playing music and enjoyed DJ'ing events. He was loved by many and will be missed by more.
