Barbara J. Lappellere, age 78, of Hammond, IN, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025.

Barbara is survived by her children: Dan (fiancée, Donna) Lappellere, Jr. and Dawna (Kent) Fletcher; grand dogs: Presley, Jerrilee, Mochi and Bug; long-time friends: Denzil & Carol Mauk and Shirley Rainford.  Barbara was preceded in passing by her husband, Daniel Sr.; parents: Thomas and Janet Andrews; siblings: Thomas Pettit, Raymond Pettit and Grace Andrews.

A private Memorial Service will take place at a later date.

Barbara was retired from Harris Bank.  She enjoyed attending church at Woodmar Baptist Church in Hammond. She liked playing the piano and loved the outdoors-especially if it involved camping and fishing.  Barbara was a Disney Enthusiast.  Her absolute favorite past time was finding any excuse she could to shop at her favorite store, Walgreens.  Barbara will be deeply missed by all who love her.
