Barbara A. Braddy, age 80 of Hammond, IN passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at home.

Barbara is survived by her children: Jo Lynn ( Charlie) Baggerly, Lonnie Braddy and Susan (Darrin) Kooiker; brother, Robert (Bonnie) Murphy; grandchildren: Michael Rousseau, Amanda (Dustin) Stone, Jessica (Kyle) Wood, Kyle Kooiker and Paige Kooiker; great grandchildren: Mason Wood, Anabell Kooiker, Tristin Wood, Waylon Wood and Jovian Stone.  Barbara was preceded in passing by her husband, Lawrence R. Braddy.

Barbara liked listening to her Country Music.  She loved dancing on Saturday nights in her "hayday". Barbara was proud of her earned title of Grandma and was excited to learn that another on is on the way.  Everyone, both family and friends would drop their kids off with Grandma Barbara to babysit.  She was well known for her home-cooked meals and nobody ever left hungry.
