Alice J. McBride, age 95, of Hammond, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. Beloved daughter of late Patrick and late Jane McBride nee Molloy. Devoted sister of late William (late Irene) McBride, late Joseph (late Runelle and late Edith) McBride, and late Ann (late Al) Schuman. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Alice was born at home in Hammond and lived her entire life there in that same home. She attended All Saints Church in Hammond. Alice was employed at Welsh Trucking Company and at St. Joseph College. Throughout her life, she always belonged to a bowling league. She also enjoyed gathering with friends and family. Alice was loved by many and will be missed by more. Friends are invited to meet with her family on Monday, February, 29, 2016 from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM at LaHAYNE FUNERAL HOME, 6955 Southeastern Ave., Hammond, Indiana. There will be a Mass also on Monday, February, 29, 2016 at 12:00 Noon with Reverend Eduardo Malagon, Pastor officiating at All Saints Church, 570 Sibley St. Hammond, Indiana.
